Cindy, Kevin hasn't violated any rules that were imposed on the server. He may have insulted you but I am sure it was only because he was angry with Legit making him disqualified from being a GM. Since the server has no specific rules, I see no reason for him to be banned. Therefore, I'm going to vote for him being unbanned.

Okay. Spamming smega makes the server lag even more. Besides, he somewhat did insulted the server. He smegaed something negative against the server and to me also. He said I should be fired as a GM. Like I have the choice if I can be fired or not.

True. It's been a while, and I don't even want to keep useless things in my mind. If it's over with, it's over with. Is it that hard? The reason why I brought it up again was because Cerise asked why, so I explained, but I still remember you talked negative about both me and the server.
